This is the all time WR total. He now holds the world raw and raw with wraps total (additionally, nobody in lower classes out totals him). He is currently the strongest powerlifter in the world.

Surprised this thread hasn’t gotten much attention. I guess most are more impressed with Julius’ crazy bench.

I think this is a lot cooler, I just didn’t have much to offer other than a “like” lol

I think Mark Bell’s marketing genius “popularized” powerlifting briefly, but it was just a blip that has now passed.

Yes. Super impressive.

A “freak show” that transcends powerlifting.

The bench equivalent of Eddie Hall’s 500kg deadlift. Fun fact that Hall actually made noise about a run at a bench WR attempt, but then fell silent (before the boxing thing) after a YT collaboration with Maddox, who made Hall look small in comparison LOL.

Looked like he left a few lbs too. Deadlift looked good for another 20+ lbs if I saw the right clip on ig

Went and looked at the clips again. Definitely had like 60+ lbs left in that total looking at the lifts.

Bell reminds me of Garry Frank (first to total 2500, 2600, 2700, 2800), just a huge guy who’s strong at everything.

Can any powerlifting historian nerds give us the whole scoop?

Dude has been the strongest for 2-3 years and has set and then exceeded his own all time world records?

Powerlifting was getting pretty stupid when that handful of ewe-tube kids were racing to break records. It’s Great to set an ATWR, but it’s way awesomer to take it to another level again (and again).
