I was on the leg press machine and went for one last rep the morning. It will probably be my last rep in a long time. I felt some pop and have been in pain since. I went to the emergency room and they weren’t any help. They just manually checked for a hernia. No other tests and I was out the door. Later today I went to my primary doctor at which time, they set me up for a an xray and an ultrasound. Wish me luck !!
ouch, not good to hear iggy. Hopefully its something minor. Have you had a proper diagnosis yet?
