Does lactose intolerance have any affect on your training program?
It might not effect your training program but it does have an effect on everyone else in the gym who has to smell your stinky ass farts if you’re one with this condition!!
It can impede your digestion, mess up your immune system, bloat you up and play havoc with your elimination system. As to whether it bothers you when you train or makes you feel sick I guess that depends on the individual.
I ment as far as like protein absorbtion and the like.
Lactose intolerance does not impede protein absorption. I use lactase drops to split the lactose. Tastes much sweeter and better.
