Daily Protein Needs with Mag-10 Pulses

I usually take a 1-2 servings of Plazma before I train at 8:00 am and then take 2-3 scoops of Mag-10 at 12:00 and another at 4:00. I will eat low protein snacks (fruit, potatoes, rice and veggies, and some olive oil) at about 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, because I want to let blood amino acid levels time to return to baseline. After my 4:00 pm Mag-10 dose, I will eat mixed macros with protein until about 8:00 pm.

8:00 Plazma
8:00-9:30 Training
10:00 low protein snack (30 grams carbs plus a little fat)
12:00 2-3 scoops Mag-10
2:00 low protein snack (30 grams carbs plus a little fat)
4:00 2-3 scoops Mag-10
4:00-8:00 eat mixed meal(s) moderate carbs, significant protein and fat.

(On non-training days I use Mag-10 in the Plazma slot).

So If I do 1 Plazma and 2 servings of Mag-10 at 12:00 and 4:00 I only have about 55 grams of protein down by 4:00 PM. Given the effeciency of Plazma and Mag-10, do I still need to try to get another 150 grams of protein in within that 4:00-8:00 window? It is a lot to pack in in that time frame.

You probably don’t need 150g. But certainly another 100 would be optimal. You can have a small amount of proteins around 10g in your snacks. That will be plenty to build muscle.

Thank you. Do you think it is possibly worth it to try to shorten pulse timing to every 3 hours to fit an extra one in? Say 11:00, 2:00 and 5:00? Would light eccentric-less activity right before or after a pulse help to shorten that cycle?

Since a lot of your protein comes from liquid nutrition, and liquid nutrition of the fastest absorbed protein, it would not be a problem to shorten the time between pulses.
