Daily Band Work

Hi all,

I know coach suggested doing band push downs for pump nightly to increase size…I can 100^ attest that it works!

Just curious, coach or anyone else, how many weeks do you do it for before switching (minimal/max duration)

How long have you been doing it for?


So before I did the following for 3-4 months…

100 teams push downs
100 band facepuills
100 hand grippers

I know he says to one thing and do it, but I couldn’t help myself. Saw decent results in all 3…

I’ve redently been hurt, lazy and starting a new job…so I’m looking to get back RJ physical activity next week for the first time in a few months…

Wondering what a general rule of thumb is
