Daily Activity

As athletes, do you guys do some physical work everyday to improve performance?

Whether it be something as simple as foam rolling, stretching, prehab, glute activation work, push-ups, chins, etc.

Are you doing something everyday to get better, or are your off days totally days of rest?

cardio on my off days, like something fun basketball, swimming, biking, ext ext. Also I try to stretch everyday as a way to improve my still weak flexibility.
