'Daily' 15-30min Routine with Full Body 3/wk?


Im doing a fullbody routine 3 times a week with the big compounds and good assistance.

But im having alot of free time, so im wandering what to do 15-30 minutes 3-7 times a week having only a yoga mat in my arsenal? My goal is to get stronger and leaner.

Shoot away whatever program or ideas you have.

Switch to a 5 day routine? Or you could just do things at home like push ups/pull ups/lunges etc.


^^ What he said. And get a foam roller and some bands for at home.


I didn't think of bands, they're a good idea. You can also use this time to do flexibility/mobility work.
