Hey everyone at Test. I have been reading many articles and doing alot of research but i thought it couldnt hurt to ask. I am starting a D-bol with Bold Qv 200 cycle. I am 5’10 215. I am looking to shed some fat and get more cut. I am going to follow a very strict diet and up my cardio. WIll this cycle do that if i stay on my diet up my cardio and up my reps in my sets. Thanks for any help
don’t increase your reps, keep it heavy, just reduce your calorie intake, and increase your protein intake.
Oh! how the EQ will increase thy appetite. Maybe throw in some clen for a little extra fat burning or whatever your fat burner of choice is at the present time.
