Ok, so I’ve seen people recommend all sorts of protocols as to how D-bol should be taken, whether it be spread as evenly as possible throughout the day, all during pre-workout, or all post-workout, and some in between like most of your dose pre-workout and the rest spread throughout the day.
I want peoples’ opinions as to what dosing protocol provides what benefits. For example, which dosing protocol provides the biggest muscle gains? Or which one provides the biggest strength gains? Hell, even fatloss, though it’s not nearly as common of a use. (Didn’t Cortes use D-bol for a cut?) Theoretical dosing protocols are also certainly welcomed. After all, it’s what I’m about do do.
My main goal is to gain muscle during my next cycle, so that’s my reason for wondering. What I hypothesize is that if I dose my D-bol as evenly as possible throughout the day that it will give me more of an anabolic advantage. I am certainly not positive about this though.
I will be waking up at 9 am once my cycle starts. My workout will be at 9 pm, and I go to bed anytime between 12 am and 2 am, preferably the former since I like my sleep and the extra benefits that sleeping 9 hours is supposed to give. In regards to listing dosing protocols, keep this schedule in mind…
Now most of the muscle anyone will gain is during sleep, so I also thought that maybe the biggest dose could be before you go to sleep. I’m not sure how this would affect sleep or even the overall effectiveness of the D-bol. Possibly half and half for pre-workout and post-workout, which is right before bed.
I apologize if it seems as though I’m going a little bit too deep with this, but I refuse to accept mediocrity. This ultimately why we are all taking steroids to begin with, isn’t it?
Keep them consistent BDE. If anything you will see greater benefit from increased doses. I recall you targeted 30mg ED; it might be too late and your supply might already be set but 50mg ED is much better at your size. Take some when you get up, take some afternoon and then IMO take some around 7-8pm.
It will give you the pre workout boost and given the half life should still be with you partially when you fall asleep.
That’s for 3 divided doses. Even better would be 4 divided doses aka moving to at least 40mg ED. Something like 10mg upon rising, another 10mg early afternoon, 10mg [20mg is better] early evening an hour or so before training and then 10mg at bedtime around midnight or 1am.
I did the second protocol myself with 50mg ED. I always took 10mg except 20mg before my training. Dbol and a protein shake was always the first and last thing I consumed each day.
If you are set and capped at 30mg try and make that work. Again though at your size 40-50mg ED will be much better.

Haha, to be honest, I actually never considered increasing the dose. Don’t know why. If I did what you suggested, I could get the best of both worlds I’d imagine.
The 40mg per day would be minimum for providing the most stable levels, unless I bumped down to 20, which I don’t do. Taking 50mg sounds like a lot though, but then again it does sound like a damn effective protocol.
Haha You’re the first person I’ve seen on this forum that puts size into consideration as to how much someone should take of any steroid, which is something I too think matters. Do you really think I would be able to handle 50mg of Dbol on top of 700mg of Test and 350mg - 525mg (if I reach that without ridiculous sides) of Tren?
For an estimate, I predict that my weight when I start my cycle to be 235 - 240 @ 8% or so BF if my anabolic rebound works as it should. I know I’ll be gaining probably 10+ lbs of fat/water post-competition easily before my cycle starts, which I’m fine with.
As for having enough D-bol, I will have 5,000 mg to work with, so that’s plenty for any protocol anyone throws at me.
I started my cycle June 1 at 227lb. I ran 750mg of TestE weekly, plus 300mg TrenE and 50mg ED of dbol [350mg weekly]. My July 1 [actually even sooner] I was in the mid 240’s. So yes your size [similar to mine and similar dosage levels] is absolutely making 50mg ED A-OK.
4 times a day also puts you in the clear if you believe dbol’s half life to be as quick as 6 hours.
