I’ve been taking fasttwitch for a few days now, and it seems like each of the days I’ve taken it I get sick. I couldn’t finish my leg day today because I started dry heaving at set 9 of squats. I know I’m gonna get some comments about being a pussy, but whether or not I am, I want to see if there is a way to remedy this. Should I eat something with it, or take it longer before my workout? Suggestions?
I’ve been doing GVT, and before I started taking fasttwitch I didn’t have any problem sucking it up.
