Actually didn’t hurt to bad. Had a really sharp knife and managed to cut under the nerves so no pain - yay!

Just wait until the nerves regrow… that’s when the fun begins

Finally made it back to the Rock climbing gym yesterday.

10 pull-ups on campus bar
35 minutes of hard climbing
20 push ups

I am out of shape. Got quite winded doing this.

So I have been seriously slacking off on anything physical the first part of this year. Getting back into it this week but focused more on just general fitness (killed my gym memberships except for the rock climbing gym).

I want to actually lose some weight to fight the nasty affects of diabetes. and build what I term resilient strength. Focus will be around Yoga, kettlebells and cycling.

Today: Easy start
20 min of yoga.

KBs still need to be purchased.

So my cardio is absolute bull :poop: 139 average during yoga. Ashamed I let it drop this much.

I no longer consider my self an in-shape dude even though my weight and appearance has stayed fairly constant.

Don’t think so. I got one of those books by Pavel though. Starting there.

Adding these 2 to my full set of EliteFTS bands I should be able to get some decent hypertrophy in.

Can do a lot worse than some bands and KB for hypertrophy/conditioning

31 min yoga

Legs are quite sore from the KN work yesterday but I think not as tight as normal from DOMS thanks to the Yoga.

The isometric work during the yoga is excellent too.

May 11th,
Spent all afternoon (5pm - 830pm) clearing out the garage to get it ready for a floor coating. (Wife is expoxy-ing the floor while I am out of town this weekend). Only thing left to move is my toolbox, but at least that has wheels.

Overall not too strenuous, but constant activity for a few hours.
