My doctor has recommended that I take a dose every night before bed to help with lower back cramping, soreness,etc. (Two lower back surgeries for herniated discs in past five years.) Does anyone know if this protocol will effect my workouts or growth?
I’ve been trying to get info on this stuff too, but no one seems to know what drawbacks it has for athletes. I know that it can cause gyno in some people if used for any length of time.
