Cycling Thermogenics?

Hi all,

Is it necessary to cycle thermogenic supplements? Or can they just be taken every day while I’m trying to lose fat?


They are safe to use everyday but I find them far more effective to use when cutting only. The cycling, for me, is more effective.

I cycle. 8 weeks on, 1 week off, 8 weeks on again.

I time the week off to coincide with my week off from training all together as well, so I get my entire body to take a break.

When cutting, I’ll use HOT-ROX for say, 12 weeks, and then take a couple of weeks off.

That’s just a pretty good practice for any supplement that isn’t considered a staple (protein, fish oil, etc).
