cycling off fat fast for a week

I’ve almost finished my first fat fast cycle. I plan to take a week off, then start another.
Any tips on how to do this effectively? Right now I’m planning to eat maintenance calories. I was going to go isocaloric, but then I realized I don’t function very well on that many carbs in general, so I’ll incorporate some veggies, fruit, and oatmeal for breakfast, limiting my fat consumption with these carbs. I’m shooting for 70 grams per day or so.

I am also planning on dropping all of my supplements (Methoxy, MD6, creatine, glutamine, ZMA) for the week, and perhaps adding some CLA or ALA instead. I’ll be out of town, so I’m not sure how effectively I’ll be able to weight-train, but I will do some cardio.
