I was wondering what everyones creatine schedule looked like.Is it necessary to take one month off every once in awhile? Or is 5grams everyday premium
I use Biotest Creatine on training days only three times per week five grams. This works for me and I see no need to cycle or take anytime off from this.
either 5g /day or 5g in every serving of Surge. So the latter is based on training schedule. I don’t see a need to cycle. the stuff is in the beef you eat everyday, amongst other tasty treats.
