Cycle with Alpha Male

This must be one of the most stupidest post on the site, but Ive searced every where for answers.

I just bought my Alpha Male and going to start taking it on Monday, once im done with the first bottle should I cycle off for a month and go back at it, or keep on taking?

Cy said a few times in the Alpha Male thread that he recommends no more than 12 weeks straight of any supplement to be followed by a week or 2 off.
