I was wondering if any one could help me. I have been on a sostenon 250 2 X’s weekly and have made great results. I will be coming off of my cycle in about three weeks and would like to begin a cycle that will help me get ripped. A older gey at the gym here has told me that he used deca and winstrol and followed a ketogenic diet of basically chicken and egg whites. He got amazingly ripped and looked amazing while losing basically no lean mass. Anything you could help me with would me greatly appreciated
Read the Anabolic Diet article in the back issues. If he did a keto diet, it would’ve been whole eggs. Personally, I keep androgens high(test) when dieting to preserve muscle. Last time I checked, all steroids were the same as far as fat burning goes.
