I’m starting a Cycle/Workout Journal. Because their is almost nothing out there for women. I’m not a Dr. don’t follow my advice.
I’m 5’3” 162lbs. Goal weight is 135-140 at 9%BF.
I’m very experienced with Drugs and lifting. More than 20 years in. I have long term side effects and damage from the wrong drugs and dosages when I was younger. If your going to do the drugs. You have to accept the side effects and know it’s most likely a forever decision. Your chemistry will be forever changed.
I work out 6 days. Goals the next 3 months to bring up my shoulders, glutes and mid back.
Drugs: Primo Ace injectable 3 times a week, EQ once a week, Test Prop 2 times a week after high volume workouts. I hate orals I avoid using them at all costs.
