I’m 30 years old, 5’9 and weight 170 @ 13%BF. I’ve been training for 3 years. I am a very hard gainer, and have reached a sticking point. So what do you guys think about this to get me over it?
week 1-4: 20mg D-bol/day
week 1-10: 250mg Test Cyp/week
week 6-10: 20mg Stanabol/day
Need advice on PCT, and if i experience gyno syptoms how long do i run Novladex for? and how huch mg?
