I’m 30 years old, 5’9 and weight 170 @ 13%BF. I’ve been training for 3 years. I am a very hard gainer, and have reached a sticking point. So what do you guys think about this to get me over it?

Hard gainers are a myth. IF you eat enough, you will gain weight.
What’s your diet?[/quote]
I don’t like this new “hardgainers are a myth” stuff. Sure everyone can gain weight, but for must of us, unless we are on the T it’s gonna be mostly fat. Some people gain muscle easier than others, there’s no getting around it.
Diana Bolann - I don’t know what to say. The guy eats 2600 calories a day, with only 200g protein.
That diet won’t give him sustainable muscle gains on or off juice. In fact, it sounds like a maintenance diet. He doesn’t know how to eat. This alone will lead him to failure.
As for your test c, you should be running at least 500mg/week, or so I’ve been led to understand.

Yea, you’re probably right that 2600 cals isn’t enough.
I have to chime in on the hardgainer topic. By pure genetics some simply have trouble putting on weight. I am a true hardgainer, 3900 calories is what I used for a cutting cycle this summer and lost 10lbs. When I bulk my intake is between 6000-7000 calories/day. So at 2600 you may be a mesomorph that is under eating.
As far as the cycle goes, I will side with Bushy, 500mg test cyp for 1-12 weeks, using dbol 1-4 and winnie 8-12 sounds good. I doubt you will run into any estrogen related sides. For the PCT I would strongly suggest looking into a test taper, especially if your PCT is going to consist of 20mg/day of nolv.
If you do decide to use a conventional PCT then I suggest you go to the steroid newbie thread and follow bill roberts outline.
Actually ‘dirty99’, you won’t know for sure whterh the gains are coming steroids only as you’re about to make other changes.
Why not up calories to around 3600 a day naturally? You can get an extra 500 from a two part breakfast (i.e. eat a good breakfast twice with two hours apart) and adding another 500 calories by eating 6 large eggs during the day, but not letting that lower your portions for lunch and evening meal.
Doing this with discipline is difficult than cycling i’d agree. It’s damn frustrating not gaining like you want to, it’s your choice and i’m not judging, just suspect you’re still relatively close to prime physically as you’re only 30. Don’t you want to see how far that can go in the next couple of years before considering steroids?
Concentrating on big strength exercises with chins and dips thrown in?
can anyone tell me if dbol and stanabol from b.d. are a good combo and will i keep any gains noy looking for too much size . want to be solid 180 ish 183 right now with 13%bf

OP will likely not follow it, but this is the best advice for him in this thread.
