I am currently thinking of doing my first cycle and want to get some quality advice before i start on.
-What would be a suitable cycle for a beginner (myself) to start with?
-What is the ideal amount to take?
-What is a "safe" but effective time frame to stay on a cycle?
And any other relative information that a beginner should know
I am 27 years old, 180-185lbs and am around 15% bf. I want to put on lean muscle mass aswell gain strength, then look to lean up for summer(which is around November in Australia).I have been training for around 6 years but only seriously for the last 12 months or so.
