diet meal 1 3 egg omlete toast coffee shake fishoilx3 multi Alpha Male
meal 2 shake yoghurt
meal 3 chicken breast broccoli
meal 4 turkey burger broccoli potatoe fishoil x3
meal 5 shake
pre w/o superpump max
intra sizeon
post powerade +shake
chicken steak or fish + broccoli beans peas
pre bed shake 3x fishoil

preposed cycle

wk1-4 35mg dbol liquid ed 10mg morning 15pre w/o 10 prebed
wk1-12 125mg sustanon 250 eod
wk1-? adex .25-.50 eod depending on feel and im not sure whether to taper this down or run right into pct
wk15-19 genox (40/40/20/20)
week15-onwards Alpha Male or TRIBEX

my question is is that a good way to split the dbol? and how long am i spose to run the adex?
i only chose sust coz i cant get enanth or cyp + i already have it just waiting on the dbol & adex wont be starting without either.

5’5 217lbs @ 18% bodyfat? You should get in better shape before doing this. That’s just a really high bodyfat level and using steroids to bulk up at this point will get real sloppy.

Training for 4 years but planning your steroid cycle for 8 years is strange.

Hello to everyone. Im thinking i want start my first cycle of test-e. Im 5’11, 170 lbs, 33yrs old, 16% bf, training over 4yrs. My diet could use more intake and ive done that part. 4000 calories 200 protein. Ok so my question is would 250mg alone give me some decent results? This is my first post sorry if i f’d up.

thanx for the honesty bonez and im bad with conversions im 5’7 and the 4 years to 8 years all the weights i lifted prior to the last 4 years i dont really count coz i had no idea wat i was doingbut thanx all the same

vtballa34 ur times are way out im in australia so itwas actually between 9 and 10 past but why is my diet terrible and wat should i do to fix it???

bonez so the whole cycle plan is? good…bad? obviously i need to cut some weight first but still ur thoughts on the actual cycle and how long to run adex would really be appreciated

I didnt get past the intro, sorry.

First cycles are absurdly easy to plan. There are thounsands of threads about them. Youll have plenty of time to read them all when sorting out your body composition.

And VTBalla wasnt commenting about the actual time of your post. He was commenting regarding the fact that you bumped your own thread after 9 minutes. That’s uncalled for.
