Hi T-magers,wanted to ask a question regarding Fat Fast, I have a slow metabolism, about 70 pounds to shed and not that much of LBM, I’m basically a fat bastard with no muscle mass. I wanted to follow FF, but as I have quiet a lot of fat to shed, I wanted to adapt it to a certain pattern inspired by Bill Roberts approach on hard diets, 2 weeks on and 1 week more relax till I loose the most part of that flab.Then I think I’ll do a more “cool” diet till I shed it all. What I want then is to gain muscle in order to fasten my metabolism. I you fellow t-maggers could give me a few tips and advise me on what I should do, that’ll be much appreciated.
