I'll actually be helpful. The Next Big 3 is one he recommends. Total Triple Training can also work well when leaning out. The volume might be a little high for some, but most shouldn't have a problem.

Like CW and all the other coaches have said really ant solid training program will work along side the correct diet.
Well with the exception of his Quatro Dynamo, hold that for bulking. Really all CW's work has you lifting heavy enough loads in my opinion to help hold strenght while cutting.
Nail a solid diet and go for it. I loved ABBH for cutting.
