Damn, my back is destroyed! During the Dissipation of SSC method (14X) from CW’s, Lift Fast, Get Big program, we are supposed to hold the load in the stretched position for four seconds before exploding with the concentric phase of the lift. When applied to deadlifts, this means holding the load inches off the floor (never touching) for four seconds and then exploding up with it. This torture goes on for 5 sets of 5! Next is Bent Rows, same method. The 8RM is considerably less with this tempo, right? Anyone else experienced this hell yet?
