CW Frequency ?

I would either go with what shi… wrote for reps/sets or if you want to stick with the 8x4 & 4x10 alternate it. 8x4, 4x10, 8x4 4x10, etc.

I find that I can’t do more than about 15-20 Sets total in a session without going over an hour. What kind of set/rep scheme do you use with this?
