I was wondering if someone had any advice for dropping about 7-8 lbs by Sat. I have a grappling tournament and I want to drop to a lower weight class.
I would try a zero carb diet. Most the weight is water. After the weigh in I would start with the carb accelerator.
Try the Fat Fast diet…do a search on the T-mag engine.
Cut out almost all sodium and most carbs. Allow room for some fruit because you need the potassium especuially when sodium is low. Also caffeine pills and reduced water consumption will drop a few pounds of water. I am a high school wrestler so this routine can become commonplace too many times.
