Cutting Weight


Im new to bodybuilding and i have been looking at some articles about cutting weight but i cant seems to find the nutritional information i am looking for. I figure there has to be some change in what i eat if i am going to drop some weight.

I started at about 225 and i am at 245 now, i would like to drop back down to 225 but i dont want to lose any strength. Any idea or other forums i can look to for more information? thanks

Here's an idea, post up what your daily food intake looks like so some kind hearted soul on this site could give you suggestions. Also, what is this mythical nutritional info that has been eluding you?
