ok so im gonna try losing my water weight but ive never done it before so im not sure how much/little water i should be taking in. hopefully you guys will have the answer
why are you dropping the water weight?
This practice was left only for last days of a show and still it is a very dangerous thing to do.
i just want to see how ill look afterwards, no weigh in or anything...just curious
I would assume you would cut ur water intake by half or so, and try sweating out alot of the water by doing cardio with sweatshirt and sweatpants on
