Cutting up?

I am on the final week of the GVT program, and am pretty happy with the results. I started at 177 pounds, and 14.4% bodyfat, and now 6 weeks later I am 186.5 and 14.7% bodyfat. Although here is my dilemna, should I trim down now, and then go to pack on more size, or go onto another bulking program for 4-5 weeks, and then cut up? Also what is a good diet for this, as I intend on using German Body Comp.
