When cutting up for photos, should I stop creatine for a more cut up look and risk losing size, or keep up the creatine and risk looking soft? And how far out should I start? Anybody got any suggestions for an all around cutting program up for photos starting at, say, four weeks out? Thanks!
Creatine only hold fluid inside the muscles.
Yep creatine is good just before a comp.Makes your muscles look bigger because it retains water in the muscles.
