Just a quick question but do you guys change your macros breakdown if cutting on cycle compared to cutting natty? Haven’t been able to find a definite answer on this. Only thing close is people saying to up protein intake on cycle but it’s not directly relating to cut either.
you can cut a bit more aggressively as the gear’ll preserve muscle.
If you like low carb diets, this is the time to do it.
I am not sure what you are taking but it helps with the water retention and really helps with the preserving of muscle.
