Anyone here ran a successful cut on this diet, and any tips?
I’m past the adaptation phase and feel pretty good all the time. I’ve been doing the standard carb-up for 36 hours. I’m 196 and 6’0 and wanted to lean out another 9 pounds or so before gaining muscle again.
Anyone have experience cutting on this diet, what their intake was like and how it changed their carb ups?
It’s a pretty sweet diet and I feel great even when I’ve ran out of carbs and am fat burning during the week, but I want to make sure I’m on the right track for my current goal.
I tried a search but that other thread was so gigantic that it was impossible to navigate.
