VERY individual. I find it best to hit he right k/cal intake from there get the right amount of protei figured in 1g per lb is simple then get your fats, .4-.6 remainder being carbs.
That said T-Dawg 2.0 I find as a very good diet for cutting fat.
Agreed on the individualization. For me, high protein intake (1.5g/lbs) works really well. Low carb most of the day, except for PWO Surge.
