What do bodybuilders do one week before competition to get that ultra ripped look?
I don't know if it's a week before or what but I think they use diuretics to remove extra water and bring out the muscle - correct me if I'm wrong.
It's not something they do in one week. It usually takes at least 8 weeks (usually more) of hardcore dieting, and THEN there's some special tricks in the last week.
I read an article on Jay Cutler a while back and he said that he ate a lot of dry oatmeal when prepping for contests; I guess this helps with removing stored water from the body.
so those tricks are what? I'm already at 8% I would like to get to 7 or 6 by next saturday. Help a brother out!
