I am looking for a good cutting diet. I have tried the anabolic diet before, however w/ my work schedule it is extremely diffacult to maintain. I also do alot of cardio, work related as well. I am looking for a good cutting diet that will still allow enough energy for extended state cardio. Any suggestions?
Do you do the work related cardio everyday? or does it fluctuate?
If it does fluctuate do you know the day before?
Pretty much every day, the type will vary, however it still gets done.
