Cutting Diet? Need to Drop Some Fat

  Hi everyone,
        I am much in need of cutting fay i am currently 230lbs and 15% bf?I need basic info to get me started like how much protein and carbs should one intake(fats also) when i first start?

As for protein sources i have noticed alot of bbers eat fish when cutting so i might just give that a go however i hate most fish what have you guys found it best interms of protein sources?I like stuff like steak,chicken,turkey and egg whites so i could put that in?

Any basic info of you guys would be great as i need all the help i can get?
