Hey guys. I come to u in need of ur assistance. I've been on a bulking diet for a month and a half and I think its time to cut since I'm gaining quite a bit of fat along with the muscle. I need a cutting plan that will help me get rid of all the fat in as little time as possible. I'm currently 6'0, weighing in at 210, 18 years old. Thanx
