Cutting Cycle/Lean Muscle

I’m 26 5’10" 192lbs around 8-10bf been lifting 10 years diet is good messed around with orals from crazy bull before with not much change. Thinking about tryin out something new. At this time I’d like to cut or just gain lean size. What’s something good to start with? I know the types just dont know dosages. Any advise would be appreciated.
