Hey guys, I am kind of a newbie when it comes to this whole cutting cycle, and I was wondering if you guys would help give me some ideas of what kind of nutrition, calories a day, and p/c/f ratio I should be shooting for. I would like to try and do this within the next five weeks, so if you could give me any assistance it would be greatly appreciated. I am 6’4", 232 pounds, bf% no idea, 15 inch arms, 43 inch chest, 38 inch waist, and currently am getting 2300-2500 calories a day, not counting cheat days at a 40/30/30 ratio. I lift 3 times a week, and do cardio twice a week HIIT style. Thanks for all your help.

Hi, McCloud10. If you’re a newbie, you need to educate yourself. As Ike suggested, do a search on T-Mag for T-Dawg 2.0. A lot of people here have experienced great success with that particular diet. It’s my first choice, but I also like the “Don’t Diet Diet.”
Additionally, do a search on Berardi. The man’s a diet and nutritional wizard. Read everything he’s ever written and you won’t need anyone to help you put a program together; you’ll be putting together your OWN program! Heck, you’ll even be putting together programs for OTHER people. (grin)
