I’m 23…wt 285… bp 495… sqt 675…dlift 600… I can fuckin curl 225…but I have a total strong man body and I want to trim up and get cuts into my shape and I want a cutting cycle and a trimming routine, I can powerlift but the body building game just leaves me with way too many ?s. I’d like to lose 25-30lbs and see my abs so I need some of the older guys that knw the ins and outs to give me some advice…no little 18 yro punks tryin to impress there bfs please!!
