I'm 23....wt 285.... bp 495.... sqt 675....dlift 600..... I can fuckin curl 225....but I have a total strong man body and I want to trim up and get cuts into my shape and I want a cutting cycle and a trimming routine, I can powerlift but the body building game just leaves me with way too many ?s. I'd like to lose 25-30lbs and see my abs so I need some of the older guys that knw the ins and outs to give me some advice....no little 18 yro punks tryin to impress there bfs please!!
