I was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas for a good cut workout. I work out 3 time a week and run the 3 other days, then take sunday off. I will be taking creatine and protein. Any ideas will be a great help, thanks.
I’d suggest following CW’s TBT or Next Big 3.
You want to pick a program that will provide enough stimulus to tell your body to keep your muscles, but not too much as to put a damper on your recovery.
These two fit the bill perfectly.
