The site is free, the information is top-rate, the supplements are awesome (oh, why did the gov’t have to take away my Mag-10?) and I can’t believe how great the customer service is!
I ordered some supplements a while back and FedEx attempted a delivery. Well, I forgot to sign the card and put it back on my door so the delivery failed a second time. The third time, the FedEx guy never even showed up! (Lazy bastard!)
So I figured I’d stop by FedEx that evening since it is right down the street from my house. In my email box was a letter from Biotest saying that FedEx had made its third and final attempt (Yeah, right!) and I needed to make plans to pick up the package.
I thought, “Cool!” Biotest cares enough to send me an email to let me know FedEx wasn’t able to deliver my package. No other company has ever done that.
That evening, I picked up the package and all was good in the world.
The next day, I received a call from Biotest, making sure that I had received my package! Now that isn’t good customer service; that isn’t great customer services; that is KISS ASS customer service!
It almost made me want to reach out and give Biotest a big hug! But since I’m not a very huggy-type person, I settled on buying more supps.
Even if lowering your prices wasn’t enough to keep me as a loyal customer, the amazing customer service certainly was.
