There are a couple of sites that custom blend protein powder. Proteins like CFM Whey and Micellar casein cost a lot more than say milk isolate or egg albumin. My question for the forum is how much difference could one expect in gains between a blend of CFM and Micellar that costs about 9.50/ lb. and a milk isolate that costs about 5.00/ lb.?
If you’re talking about the site that I’m thinking about, it explains the differences in the protein and what their best applications are. For instance, CFM would be better PWO and Micellar would be better for a “meal.”
