I’ve been doing some single ply tom foolery.

My gear is all too loose. I’m going to just go to multiply and be done with it.

605 SSB box squat x 1 ( upper back stayed tighter than it has been lately but my hips were all over the place )

585 x 2

385 2board 1.8, triceps, triceps, triceps, looking forward to touching soon.

350 x2 1 board, rep 3 got knocked sideways

545 x6 deadlift in briefs

I’ve had lockout issues when trying to wear the suit for deadlifting, so i’m going to experiment with rolling the legs up.

Briefs are fun AF. Probably going to get a loose shirt around December too
