I’ve just started your original HSS-100 program from back in 2006. I’m just wondering if you still believe in this as a highly effective hypertrophy program and if not, what changed?
The body didn’t change since 2006. What worked then will still work now.
Many still use it. For example, Justin Kavanaugh who works with a lot of NFL players and other high level athletes, still use it in the early off-season as he found it to be the best program to build muscle mass rapidly.
Personally I’m always looking for different ways to do things. Doesn’t make older programs less effective.
