Hi, currently new here and I've worked very hard to achieve my goals and where I'm at right now. Could you critique my physique and tell me where I should I improve,my strengths and my weak points. I'm 15 years old, 141 lbs. around 10% bodyfat. Used to b. Extremely skinny 130 pounds
At 15 you look highly impressive. Obviously something that didn't happen overnight, so I definitely give you props.
