Curls on the Texas Method?

Im currently on Stronglift’s Texas Method program. I would like to add curls, weighted situps, and possibly calf raises. Heres a link to the site.

Basically my options are recovery day or intensity day, since the volume day drains me and I doubt curls would be effective since im doing chins. Thanks in advance.
