Just curious if we still need to worry about our 2 hour PWO meal containing carbs when trying to cut weight. It is my only solid carb meal per day but if I am taking a protein/carb mix before during and after training should I even bother trying to carb it up? I mean I can easily just go no carbs except in my liquid meals which still equals about 76 grams. I am 192 FYI.
Another question, I think the first meal of the day should be balanced with protein fat and carbs. Does anybody else start their day with a big balanced breakfast AND THEN go into P+F P+C meals? I think this will help me to be more energized mentally
