I want to thank Mike Mahler’s contribution to T-mag this month on his article “Combat Conditioning.” I have been a competitive athlete all my life who played college football and had some NFL tryouts. I have had nagging lower back and neck pain for 8 years. I have been doing one of the exercises in the article, THE BACK BRIDGE, for 4 weeks and my neck and back pain have ceased. It is the first time in my life that I can turn my neck without pain. THE EXERCISE IS TRULY MIRACULOUS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT IF YOU ARE HAVING BACK AND NECK PAIN.
