I use this recipe quite often. It is not my recipe.
But you add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric to a cup of milk, add some black pepper and some cardomom and a small amount of cinnamon.
It is definitely seems to increase my recovery.
Also I have my own recipe for turmeric chicken .
Onions , chicken with turmeric applied liberally , with black pepper applied liberally .
Heat and mix for 10 mins. You can also add cinnamon.
